Position Details

Role: Sourcer – Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, resume databases, professional networking sites, and other online sourcing channels.
- Perform targeted keyword and Boolean searches to build high-quality talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming requirements.




- Screen candidate profiles against job requirements and share qualified profiles with recruiters and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records, talent pools, and sourcing trackers in a timely manner.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates and generate interest in available opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
- Monitor response rates and sourcing effectiveness, making recommendations to improve candidate attraction strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, competitor hiring activities, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment support, or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit (Monster), Shine, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and talent mapping methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
