Job Role Construction / Site Supervisor Maheshwari Enterprises is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage and supervise geotechnical and construction activities at project sites in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, labour and subcontractor management, material coordination, safety, reporting, and coordination with clients and site engineers.
Key Responsibilities Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to geotechnical and construction projects.
Monitor and supervise rock anchoring, shotcreting, drilling, and other site execution works .
Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and safety standards.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Labour & Subcontractor Management Manage and supervise labour teams at the project site.
Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth execution of work.
Allocate work and monitor workforce productivity.
Resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
Material & Safety Coordination Coordinate material requirements and availability at the site.
Monitor proper utilization of construction materials.
Ensure safety procedures and site safety requirements are followed.
Report safety or operational issues to the concerned team.
Reporting & Coordination Prepare and maintain daily progress reports .
Track site activities and communicate project progress.
Coordinate with clients and site engineers regarding execution and requirements.
Maintain effective communication between the site team, subcontractors, and management.
Key Skills Geotechnical site supervision.
