- Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved engineering standards and blueprints.
- Accurately read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
- Verify building layouts and ensure proper alignment as per approved drawings.
- Check excavation limits, shuttering, and steel reinforcement placement before concrete pouring.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities and ensure progress is aligned with the project schedule.
- Identify potential delays and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Manage in office labourers and allocate manpower according to project requirements.
- Ensure construction equipment is available, functional, and used efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other site teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
