Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Experience: 20+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project team.

- Lead project teams and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.

- Manage design reviews, constructability reviews, contractor qualification, and vendor coordination.

- Prepare/review bidder documents, estimates, budgets, change orders, and project proposals.

- Monitor project schedules, resources, risks, and project progress.

- Ensure effective Change Management and maintain complete project documentation.

- Ensure 100% CCA completion, punch-list/defect closure, and construction handover.

- Apply construction industry best practices and LEAN/IPD tools.

Key Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Construction Systems CCIP.

- Experience in qualification of Civil, Structural & MEP contractors.

- Solid understanding of construction standards, design, constructability, and project management.

- Ability to train and coach Resident Engineers on construction systems.

- Strong skills in cost estimation, scheduling, change management, quality, and safety.
