Key Responsibilities Handle qualified leads received from the Pre-Sales team and convert them into business opportunities. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Visit client locations to understand project requirements and provide suitable construction solutions.

Coordinate closely with the Pre-Sales, Design, and Project teams to ensure seamless customer engagement. Explain the company's construction services, project scope, timelines, and pricing to clients. Prepare and present quotations and proposals in coordination with the management team.

Negotiate commercial terms and work towards successful deal closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system. Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business development initiatives. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to management.

NOTE - 2 Wheeler mandatory, if needed to visit site locations.
