Experience Required: 6-8 Years industrial experience in steel plant or cement plant construction

Job Summary: Construction Planner in industrial construction projects is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. This role involves resource management, progress tracking, and risk identification to maintain smooth project execution.





Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Preparation of DPR, WPR and MPR

Monitoring of Manpower, Materials and Machine deployment

Preparation of Look ahead schedule, Catch up Plan etc.

Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as needed

Allocate materials, labour, and equipment efficiently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Manage budget and ensure cost control

Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
