Role Description The Construction Manager (part-time, remote) will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution for assigned construction sites, working closely with on-site teams and stakeholders through digital collaboration tools. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project schedules and budgets, reviewing progress reports, and ensuring that construction activities align with quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising contractors and subcontractors remotely, resolving issues, and supporting site teams in maintaining compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

The Construction





Manager will also contribute to project control processes, documentation, and reporting to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to lead, guide, and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage costs, track progress, and support timely delivery of project milestones.
- Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety skills to oversee work quality, enforce safety protocols, and support regulatory compliance.
- Relevant construction management experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage projects remotely, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration software tools.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
