Job Title- Confluence Admin

Location- Bangalore/Pune/Noida

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Core Administration

- Experience in Linux OS, bash scripting,



cron jobs, and automation.
- Experience with Apache and/or NGINX reverse proxies.
- Experience configuring SSL/TLS certificates, HTTPS, certificate renewals.
- Experience with Confluence (Wiki) installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, and disaster recovery.
- Experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and validating compatibility of marketplace plugins.
- Experience migrating Confluence between environments, servers, and database platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining Wiki spaces, templates, workflows, and content governance standards.
- Experience troubleshooting application and integration issues.
- Experience troubleshooting performance issues, thread dumps, heap dumps, indexing issues, and JVM tuning.
- Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries in Oracle or MySQL databases.
- Strong understanding of Confluence architecture, clustering, shared home, and load balancer configurations.
- Ability to act as a Wiki moderator and enforce content governance, permissions, and best practices.

Security & Compliance (Infosec Focus)

- Experience implementing security hardening recommendations and compliance requirements.
- Experience integrating and managing LDAP/Active Directory authentication and group synchronization.
- Experience implementing environment isolation between Production, Test, and Development environments.
- Experience restricting and securing application APIs through Apache/NGINX reverse proxy configurations.




- Experience managing service accounts, API tokens, application credentials, and secret rotation.
- Experience configuring SSO, SAML, Kerberos, or other enterprise authentication mechanisms.
- Experience managing SSL certificates, internal CA trust chains, and secure communication protocols.
- Experience supporting security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reviews.
- Experience reviewing application and access logs for security incidents and audit requirements.
- Experience reviewing sensitive content scan results, supporting remediation of sensitive data findings, and ensuring compliance with information security requirements.
- Familiarity with enterprise endpoint security controls, change management processes, and security governance.

Infrastructure & Operations

- Experience with backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Experience creating operational runbooks, knowledge base documentation, and support procedures.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with vendors for critical incidents.
