Smartcom is looking for an experienced Computer Hardware Technician responsible for providing technical support to customers and implementing computer hardware and networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers. Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software. Implement and troubleshoot basic computer networking. Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues. Handle installation and configuration of printers, routers and related IT equipment.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Computer Hardware Technician . Practical experience in computer hardware support and networking. Valuable troubleshooting and customer-support skills. Knowledge of LAN cable crimping and punching is an added advantage. Knowledge of CCTV and related automation systems will be an added advantage.
