Lead compliance advisory engagements across DPDP, GDPR, HIPAA and enterprise data governance — helping clients build genuine regulatory capability rather than tick-box compliance programmes.

What you'll own

- Lead DPDP Act, GDPR and HIPAA compliance assessments and gap analysis engagements
- Design data governance frameworks, policies and stewardship models for enterprise clients
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and privacy-by-design reviews
- Advise on AI governance and compliance for organizations deploying AI systems
- Build and maintain practice methodologies for regulatory compliance work

You probably

- 5+ years in data privacy, compliance advisory or data governance
- Strong working knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR and/or HIPAA
- Experience designing enterprise-scale governance frameworks
- Ability to communicate regulatory complexity clearly to non-legal leadership
- Legal, CIPP or ISO 27001 qualification an advantage but not required
