Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Compliance Officer, Assistant Audit Executive, and Support Staff for Auditing. The role involves assisting in planning and executing compliance reviews and audits for financial market participants, including documentation of findings and preparation of reports.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory updates, reviewing internal processes and controls, and supporting the implementation of compliance and risk management frameworks. The position requires coordination with internal teams and clients to clarify requirements, gather data, and ensure timely completion of audit and compliance assignments.



The role may also include maintaining records, supporting system and process audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of compliance and audit methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills, with an understanding of relevant financial market regulations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify control gaps, and interpret regulatory and operational requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for preparing clear reports, engaging with clients, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including basic concepts of financial markets, products, and transactions.
- Relevant academic background in finance, commerce, business, law, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines are essential.
- Prior experience or internships in compliance, auditing, risk management, or financial services will be an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools and comfort working with data and documentation systems is beneficial.
