Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant authorities in the financial services industry.

- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

- Conduct regular audits and monitoring to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for remediation.

- File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors

Job Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in general insurance or a related field.

- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry (SEBI).

- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.

- Excellent reporting skills with the ability to prepare clear reports on compliance matters.

- Preferred domain expertise: Health and Motor Compliance
