We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Executive (Fresher) to support statutory compliance and HR operations within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to build a strong foundation in HR compliance, labor laws, and documentation within the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and labor law requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and compliance registers
- Support in filing statutory returns and maintaining compliance trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities for audits and inspections
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll-related compliance documentation
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Assist with onboarding documentation and verification of statutory compliance for new joiners
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply; internship experience in HR/compliance is a plus
- Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
