- Team Leader / Supervisor

- Manage and guide a team of operators, technicians, and engineers.

- Achieve daily production or department targets as per the production plan.

- Monitor and maintain quality, safety, productivity, and delivery standards.

- Handle production line and process-related issues effectively.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

- Drive Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare daily and weekly reports.

- Train and guide team members to improve their skills and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with standard work procedures and SOPs.

- Investigate production and quality problems using 5-Why, Fishbone, QC tools, and other problem-solving techniques.

- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring issues.

- Ensure compliance with Yamaha’s safety and quality standards.

- Maintain discipline and effective coordination within the team.
