Are you a agile communicator with a passion for fitness, community building, and driving growth? We are looking for a results-driven Community Manager to energize our club floor, build lasting member relationships, and contribute directly to club revenue and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

- Drive Sales &
- Revenue: Achieve club targets by driving membership renewals, generating member referrals, converting members to personal training (PT), and conducting daily outreach calling for walk-ins.
- Event Planning &
- Engagement: Plan and execute 2+ monthly club events, fitness challenges, and internal engagement drives while maintaining high member satisfaction.
- Brand &
- Social Media: Capture live club content, manage weekly Instagram stories/posts, and secure positive member reviews and testimonials across Google and social channels.
- Partnerships &
- Outreach: Lead monthly society activations,



corporate promotions, and brand sampling collaborations.
- App &
- CRM Operations: Promote member app challenges, maintain 100% accurate CRM records, and handle post-event reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 0–2 years in community management, sales, customer relationship management, or fitness hospitality.
- Core Skills: Strong communication, active calling/lead conversion skills, event hosting, and social media savviness.
- Mindset: High energy, target-oriented, and genuinely passionate about fitness and community engagement.

Role Details

- Location: MultiFit Wellness – Magarpatta Branch, Pune
- Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month
