Hiring: Communication Skills Lab Trainer / Faculty

Location: Ibrahimpatnam, Telangana

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Communication Skills Trainer / Faculty to conduct and manage Communication Skills Lab sessions for students.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to engage students through interactive classroom and practical lab activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Communication Skills Lab sessions for students.

Improve students' spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and presentation skills.

Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, public speaking, presentations, interviews, and communication exercises.

Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Assess students' communication skills and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain attendance, student performance records, and basic academic documentation.

Support students in developing confidence, interpersonal skills, and professional communication.





Coordinate with the academic team for smooth execution of classes and activities.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a relevant field.

Solid English communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience as a Communication Skills Trainer, English Faculty, Soft Skills Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, or Lab Faculty will be preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.

Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
