Automation Commissioning engineer will participate in projects commissioning activities. His role will be to carry out onsite commissioning & handover to customer. Additionally, he may have to provide post commissioning support for troubleshooting/ modification as & when required.
Responsibilities
- Independent onsite commissioning & trials.
- PLC program customization as per customer/ process requirement, onsite/ inhouse.
- Project Documentation
- PLC, Drive, Field components configuration.
- Establish Interface communication between PLC, WCS, 3rd Party system.
- Errors trouble shooting & its documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of material handling field devices, sensors & electrical component.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, Siemens TIA v14 & Simatic Manager v5.4 & above.
- Knowledge of configuring, commissioning & troubleshooting of AC/DC VFDs/ Inverter.
- Experience of commissioning & troubleshooting of industrial communication system viz. Profibus, Profinet, AS-I, etc.
- Troubleshoot PLC-PLC communication.
- Troubleshoot electrical & control wiring failures.
