- Handle ingredients and preparation for Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and other Asian dishes .
- Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen operations. ? Kitchen Operations • Perform cutting, chopping, slicing, marinating, steaming, deep-frying, and other cooking preparations.




- Maintain proper mise en place before service.
- Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labelled, and ready for service. ? Cooking &
- Quality • Follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Assist with introducing and testing new Pan Asian recipes where required. ? Hygiene &
- Safety • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas.
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients. ? Team Support • Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team during preparation and service.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and efficiency within the kitchen. ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Pan Asian chef with at least 2 years of kitchen experience and a strong understanding of Asian cooking techniques.

Experience in Chinese, Japanese, Thai, or broader Pan Asian cuisine will be highly preferred. The candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, hygiene-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced qualified kitchen. ? SALARY &
