Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Commis 2 to support the kitchen team in food preparation and daily kitchen operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of basic cooking techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients as per recipes and kitchen requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle assigned kitchen sections and preparation work efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow FIFO and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs.
- Assist during busy service hours and ensure timely preparation.
- Maintain proper use and care of kitchen equipment.




- Support senior chefs in smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as Commis 2 / Commis / Kitchen Associate preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate A hardworking, disciplined, and hygiene-conscious kitchen professional who can efficiently support the Chef and maintain food quality and kitchen standards. Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
