Brickfolio Solutions is looking for an experienced Office Property Sourcing Executive to identify and source office spaces available for lease across Mumbai and MMR. The role involves working with landlords, developers, brokers and property owners to build and maintain a solid office property inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source office spaces available for lease across Mumbai and MMR.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers and property owners.
- Identify new office vacancies and upcoming commercial properties.
- Collect property details including location, area, rent, CAM, deposit, parking and availability.
- Maintain updated property records in CRM and Excel.
- Conduct market visits and verify property details when required.
- Coordinate with the leasing team based on client requirements.
- Support property proposals and landlord discussions.
- Track new developments, vacancies and commercial market trends.
- Maintain regular sourcing and market updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, Property Sourcing or Real Estate Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai and MMR commercial office market.
- Existing network of landlords, developers and brokers will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and market visits.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or Real Estate is preferred.
- Proactive, target-oriented and strong relationship-building skills.
