We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Support Executive to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team by managing commercial documentation, quotations, AI-assisted business communication, and sales support activities.

Job Summary The Commercial Support Executive will support the Sales & Marketing team by preparing customer quotations, commercial documentation, GST-related paperwork, and coordinating with internal teams. The role also involves using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity, create business documents, and assist with basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare customer quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals.
- Handle GST-related documentation and coordinate invoicing with the Accounts team.
- Maintain quotation records, customer databases, and sales documentation.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to prepare emails, proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support the Sales team with documentation, customer follow-ups, and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Assist in basic digital marketing activities, including content creation and social media coordination.




- Prepare reports and maintain records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of commercial documents.
- Continuously learn and adopt AI tools to improve work efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of GST, quotations, invoicing, and commercial documentation.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools (or willingness to learn).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP software.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Interest in AI, automation, and business process improvement.
