About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Cold Calling Executive with excellent English communication skills to connect with potential international clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and building rapport with prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
- Introduce company services and generate interest in offerings.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to improve conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage prospects confidently over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling international clients/processes.
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation and appointment setting.
- Solid listening and objection-handling skills.
