Hiring – Co-Fund Manager | Buy-Side Equity Research
We are hiring for a Co-Fund Manager role with a reputed Mumbai-based boutique investment management firm managing investments for HNIs, family offices, NRIs and institutional clients.
The firm follows a research-driven, fundamental investment approach, focusing on quality businesses, valuation discipline and long-term wealth creation. Its investment strategy follows a GARP (Growth at a Reasonable Price) approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-conviction investment opportunities
- Analyse companies, financials, valuations and industries
- Develop and present investment ideas to the investment team
- Support Buy/Sell/Hold investment decisions
- Monitor portfolio companies and market developments
- Evaluate portfolio risk and allocation
- Work closely with the Fund Manager on investment strategy and portfolio management
Looking for
✔️ Strong Buy-Side Equity Research experience
✔️ Proven experience in Mid Cap / Small Cap research
✔️ Solid fundamental research & financial modelling skills
✔️ Ability to generate independent investment ideas
✔️ Experience in PMS / AIF / Mutual Fund / Asset Management / Family Office preferred
