At Nexavate AI Private Limited, we are building an AI-powered healthcare technology ecosystem designed to help hospitals and clinics digitise, automate, and manage their operations more efficiently.
Our platform combines Hospital Management Systems (HMS), Clinic Management Systems (CMS), AI-powered patient engagement, smart healthcare assistants, digital healthcare infrastructure, and compliance automation — with a vision to serve healthcare organisations across India and international markets.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an Investor Co-Founder who can bring both capital and strategic value to the company.

Role: Investor Co-Founder – Investment & Growth
? Location: India / Global
? Proposed Investment: ₹1 Crore
? Proposed Equity: ~9%
Subject to final valuation, due diligence, shareholder agreements and mutually agreed terms.
What you’ll contribute
- Strategic direction and business growth
- Expansion across Indian and international healthcare markets
- Business development and enterprise partnerships
- Strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare networks and institutions
- Support in future fundraising and investor relations
- International market expansion and strategic partnerships
- Active participation in building Nexavate AI as a global HealthTech company
Who we’re looking for
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Experience in investments, venture capital, private equity, healthcare, technology or business development
- Strong qualified and industry network
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships
- Willingness to contribute beyond financial investment
- Long-term commitment to building and scaling a technology company
