Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.

- Troubleshoot CNC machine electrical, mechanical and control-related problems.

- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC, VMC, HMC and other machine tools.

- Handle servo motors, drives, VFDs, PLC, sensors, limit switches and control panels.

- Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and ensure timely rectification.

- Maintain machine availability and minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with production teams for breakdown and maintenance activities.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown records and maintenance MIS.

- Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new machines.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during maintenance activities.





Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and machine-shop equipment.

- Knowledge of CNC controls, PLC, VFD, servo drives and electrical panels.

- Mechanical candidates should have knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

- Electrical candidates should have strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and control systems.

- Experience in manufacturing / heavy engineering / fabrication industry will be preferred.

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
