Job Role

- CNC Machine Operator

- Operate and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precision hydraulic components.

- Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and production requirements.

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD designs.

- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories.

- Adjust and calibrate machine settings to optimize production and maintain quality.

- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.

- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

- Ensure all machined components meet specified dimensions and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production output.

- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area for efficient production.

Education

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma / ITI.

- Technical training in CNC operation is preferred.

Experience

- 6 months–3 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.





Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

- Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

Salary & Benefits:
