Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with carriers for load booking and on-time pickups/deliveries
- Track shipments and resolve transit issues
- Maintain carrier performance and negotiate rates when required
- Update systems and prepare basic operational reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics/carrier management/freight brokerage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems
