Role Description The CMA USA Faculty will deliver high-quality classroom instruction for CMA USA courses, ensuring that students gain a clear understanding of core management accounting and financial management concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, preparing teaching materials and presentations, conducting interactive lectures, and guiding learners through exam-focused content and problem-solving sessions. The faculty member will monitor student progress, provide feedback and doubt-clearing support, and participate in curriculum enhancement, question paper setting, and academic review activities.

Additional responsibilities may include mentoring students on exam strategy and professional development,



collaborating with colleagues to maintain academic standards, and contributing to seminars or workshops. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Chanakya Business School in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

- CMA USA qualification (completed or near completion) with strong conceptual and practical knowledge of management accounting, financial reporting, and performance management.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in professional finance or accounting programs, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
- Proficiency in exam-oriented coaching, including syllabus planning, question practice, mock exam review, and guidance on exam techniques and time management.
- Robust communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to facilitate interactive sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to design and update lesson plans and learning materials that align with IMA standards and reflect current industry practices.
- Comfort working with classroom technologies, digital content, and learning management tools to enhance learner experience.
- Collaborative mindset, professional integrity, and a student-centered approach, with willingness to support learners beyond classroom hours when needed.
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; experience in corporate finance, accounting, or consulting is an added advantage.
