- Train new and existing clinical staff on slimming and weight-management protocols.

- Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training sessions.

- Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, assessments, and clinical checklists.

- Train teams on client consultation, basic health screening, body-composition assessment, and progress monitoring.

- Ensure correct and safe use of slimming/wellness equipment and adherence to approved protocols.

- Educate staff on nutrition fundamentals, lifestyle modification, hydration, exercise, and healthy weight-management principles.

- Train employees in identifying contraindications, red flags, and situations requiring referral to a qualified medical skilled.

- Conduct periodic competency assessments and refresher training.

- Monitor clinical practices and provide corrective coaching where required.

- Maintain training records, attendance, competency scores,



and performance reports.

- Work with the Clinical/Operations team to standardize protocols across centers.

- Support the development and updating of SOPs based on approved clinical guidelines.

- Conduct audits and field visits to evaluate adherence to clinical and safety standards.

- Stay updated on developments in obesity management, nutrition, wellness, and relevant clinical practices.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
