About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Research Trainer to join our academic and training team. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train students through both online and offline classroom sessions. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and industry-oriented training across the following modules:

● Clinical Research (CR)

● Pharmacovigilance (PV)

● Clinical Data Management (CDM)

● Regulatory Affairs (RA)

● Medical Writing (MW)

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging and interactive online or offline training sessions for students.

● Deliver training as per the assigned module and curriculum.

● Explain concepts clearly using practical examples, case studies, presentations, and industry-relevant scenarios.

● Prepare and update training presentations, study materials, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

● Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.

● Address students' academic queries and provide appropriate clarification and guidance.

● Monitor student participation, attendance, and overall learning progress.

● Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their knowledge and performance.

● Conduct mock interviews and support students with interview preparation.

● Coordinate with the academic and student support teams regarding student progress, concerns, and Requirements.

● Maintain training-related records, assessments, attendance, and other academic documentation.





● Ensure timely completion of assigned modules according to the training schedule.

● Stay updated with relevant industry developments, guidelines, practices, and regulatory changes.

● Contribute to curriculum development and improvement of training content.

● Adapt teaching methods and materials according to the requirements of online and offline learners. Modules The trainer should be capable of delivering training in one or more of the following modules: Clinical Research (CR) Pharmacovigilance (PV) Clinical Data Management (CDM) Regulatory Affairs (RA) Medical Writing (MW)

Eligibility Criteria

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Medicine, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.

● Strong subject knowledge in one or more of the above-mentioned modules.

● Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or academic delivery is preferred.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

● Strong interpersonal and classroom-management skills.

● Comfortable conducting both online and offline training sessions.

● Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and online training platforms.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
