Role Overview

Cloud Consultant – SLG in India Cloud for Good is seeking experienced technology professionals to support Salesforce.com implementation projects. Successful candidates will be experienced in deploying Salesforce solutions and ideally have non-profit, education, financial services and/or public sector industry experience.

To be successful on client projects, Cloud Consultants will have Salesforce implementation knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities, as well as one or more demonstrated areas of expertise. They will also have consulting skills, such as project and time management, requirements gathering, and collaboration. Because most of the work of the Cloud Consultant is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people are very significant.

The ability to collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is also critical for success.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)

Experience Range: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into clear business process designs and system solutions.
- Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops, and plan and document key project stages, including requirements gathering, system specifications, deployment, and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with Cloud for Good’s technical team to shape Salesforce solutions, acting as the business liaison for data migration and third-party integration efforts.
- Facilitate client training and provide ongoing post-implementation support to drive user adoption.
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the project team.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and report project risks, issues, and status updates to the Director of Professional Services.
- Maintain expertise in software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture, solution design, Salesforce technologies, and public sector industry best practices.




- Serve as a thought leader within the Salesforce ecosystem and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloud for Good’s services, processes, and client outcomes.
- Be prepared to work in shifts to accommodate our global customer base across different time zones, including the AMER, APAC, and EMEA.

Qualifications:

- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Good to have – Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Experience consulting on Salesforce implementations (minimum 2 years of experience preferred; agile methodology experience preferred)
- Strong consulting skills, including time management, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
- Proven track record of continuously improving organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required
