Operating at the intersection of digital technology, field-level mechanization, IoT hardware, and environmental data, we engineer solutions such as our proprietary AgriOS platform to bridge the gap between rural agriculture and verifiable climate action. Role OverviewAs a Climate-Tech & AgriTech Intern, you will not be limited to theoretical exercises. You will engage in hands-on problem solving across software, hardware, agronomy, and digital Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV).

Depending on your discipline and aptitude, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hyderabad and work directly in the field, helping take climate solutions from R&D; to real-world farmer adoption.

Core Tracks & Key ResponsibilitiesInterns will be mapped to one or more operational tracks based on their background, skills, and interests.

- Software Engineering, GIS & Data Analytics
- Build, test, and enhance features across the AgriOS platform.
- Clean, structure, and analyze geospatial, satellite/remote-sensing, and field-collected crop datasets.
- Build internal dashboards and automate data pipelines.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance on incoming farm and field metrics.
- Explore and experiment with predictive AI/ML models for agronomic health and yield estimation.

2. Electronics, IoT & Embedded Systems (R&D;)
- Assist in prototyping,



calibration, and lab/field testing of agricultural IoT hardware and environmental sensors.
- Conduct field telemetry tests to evaluate:
- Battery life
- Connectivity
- Sensor resilience under harsh weather conditions
- Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and device interfaces.
- Facilitate reliable data ingestion from IoT devices into AgriOS.

3. Agronomy & Field Operations
- Conduct field visits and interact directly with:
- Farmers
- Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
- Village-level coordinators
- Drive digital farmer onboarding, polygon mapping, and ground-truth data validation.
- Support on-ground awareness and monitoring of regenerative agricultural practices, including:
- Direct Seeded Rice (DSR)
- Alternate Wetting and Drying (AWD)
- Customized mechanization workflows
- Assist in collecting and validating field-level data required for project implementation and monitoring.

4. Carbon Methodology & Digital MRV
- Assist with data compliance and carbon quantification workflows.
- Support baseline verification protocols.
- Validate field implementation records to support digital verification pipelines.
- Organize technical project documentation in alignment with carbon accounting standards and registry guidelines.
