Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager who has experience working with creative, advertising, branding, or media agencies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding creative requirements, coordinating with internal creative teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and a good understanding of graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and emerging AI tools used in creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.

 Understand client requirements, marketing objectives, and campaign expectations.

 Prepare clear and detailed creative briefs for the design and motion graphics teams.

 Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, motion graphic artists, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

 Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

 Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.





 Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and project updates.

 Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client expectations are effectively translated into creative outputs.

 Support client acquisition activities and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

 Stay updated with industry trends, branding practices, and AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.

 Prior experience in a Media, Advertising, Branding, Creative, Digital Marketing, or Production Agency is mandatory.

 Valuable understanding of Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Branding, Digital Content, and Creative Production.

 Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

 Strong project management, coordination, and follow-up skills.

 Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

 Basic understanding and exposure to AI tools used in creative and marketing workflows (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) will be an added advantage.
