Client Servicing Executive
What You'll Do
- Act as primary point of contact for clients; understand and document their requirements
- Gather detailed specifications for POS/retail display projects
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Develop accurate estimates and Proforma Invoices based on client specs
- Schedule client meetings, present capabilities, and follow up with clear action plans
- Build lasting client relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Support sales with proposals, presentations, and project updates
- Collect post-project feedback and maintain detailed records of interactions, specs, and invoices
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate client briefs into clear, actionable project plans
- Comfortable coordinating across design, production, and sales teams
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
