Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships for the agency. The role involves coordinating daily communication with clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating requirements into clear briefs for internal creative and digital teams.

Executive will oversee project timelines, ensure deliverables meet expectations, and prepare presentations and reports to review campaign performance. The position also includes resolving client queries,



collaborating with account and creative teams, and supporting current business opportunities through proactive service and follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Experience in Customer Service, demonstrating responsiveness, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Account Management skills to handle multiple projects, track deliverables, and support campaign execution.
- Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging Presentations for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or digital media agencies is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
