Role Overview

FDM Hiring is looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and creative Client Servicing & Social Media Strategist. This hybrid role requires a unique individual who can effortlessly switch between high-level client management and creative digital execution.

· You will act as the ultimate bridge between our clients, our internal creative teams, and executive leadership.

· You will be responsible for translating client briefs into robust digital marketing strategies, managing end-to-end execution, and elevating the digital presence of both our clients and our in-house brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Servicing & Account Management

· The Bridge: Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for clients and a robust liaison between clients and the internal team.

· Brief Deconstruction: Meet with clients to deeply understand their brand, goals, and project briefs.

· Constant Alignment: Maintain a continuous feedback loop with clients and work closely with the Director to report on account health and strategic pivots.

2. Digital Strategy & Trend Research

· Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough pre-work and market research on client industries, competitors, and audience behavior before kicking off campaigns.

· Trend Jacking: Keep a finger on the pulse of internet culture, emerging platform features, and digital marketing trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

· Growth Optimization: Continuously find ways to upgrade and elevate the digital presence of both external clients and our own in-house brands.

3. Creative Direction & Project Management

· Strategy to Life:



Translate client briefs into actionable concepts and comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all major platforms.

· Content Calendar Ownership: Build, curate, and maintain detailed content and campaign calendars.

· Team Collaboration: Communicate concepts clearly and coordinate effectively with designers, web developers, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of the strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Agency Account Management.

· Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social media algorithms and digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can pitch a wild creative idea to a client and give clear, technical feedback to a developer with equal ease.

· Organization: Superior project management skills; ability to juggle multiple clients, strict deadlines, and various vendor timelines without breaking a sweat.

· Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data, analyze campaign performance, and turn insights into actionable strategic upgrades.
