ABOUT THE ROLEBrand Imprint is looking for a mature, responsible and highly accountable Client Servicing Executive who can independently manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams and ensure projects move smoothly from brief to execution.

This role is for someone who understands that client servicing is about more than taking briefs and forwarding messages. It is about taking ownership, following through, solving problems and ensuring that commitments are delivered.

We are looking for a professional who brings maturity, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility to the workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs for the creative and execution teams.
- Coordinate projects from brief to final delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely execution.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams, vendors and clients.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables and status updates.
- Identify potential delays or issues before they become client problems.
- Handle client feedback, revisions and approvals efficiently.
- Coordinate with creative, design, production, social media and other teams.
- Keep track of every project and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain proper records of briefs, approvals, timelines and communication.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Escalate important issues to the leadership team at the right time.
- Ensure smooth and qualified day-to-day account management.

- Communicates clearly, professionally and confidently.
- Is organised, dependable and solution-oriented.
- Can handle pressure and changing client requirements.
- Takes responsibility when things go wrong and focuses on getting them fixed.
- Has the maturity to prioritise work without needing everything to be spoon-fed.
- Is comfortable working full-time on-site at the Brand Imprint office.

Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, client-handling ability and overall suitability for the role.
