Overview: We are looking for an experienced

Client-Servicing Executive with prior creative agency experience to join our team. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive brand satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned FMCG brands, handling all day-to-day communications Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets Provide proactive updates and problem-solve issues to maintain satisfaction Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met , managing scope and timelines effectively Contribute to project briefs, presentations,



and status reports for clients Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Qualifications: Prior experience (1-2 years) working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies) Fluent communication skills in Hindi & English Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices
