Role Description The Client Servicing and Production Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees end-to-end client servicing, from understanding requirements and presenting solutions to managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing proposals and budgets, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring events and experiential campaigns are delivered on schedule and within agreed quality standards. The role also involves monitoring project costs, supporting financial documentation,



and addressing on-ground issues to ensure smooth execution. The Manager will regularly report on project status, maintain strong communication channels, and contribute to process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with experience managing feedback and resolving issues proactively.
- Basic to intermediate Finance skills for handling budgets, cost tracking, and approvals related to events and campaigns.
- Experience in event management, experiential marketing, or production coordination is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup, with readiness for in office event supervision and occasional extended hours during peak projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
