Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Negotiate with clients and finalize orders based on submitted quotations

· Clearly communicate payment terms and ensure client understanding

· Manage advance payments and follow up for timely collections

· Coordinate with the Accounts team to confirm receipt of payments

· Initiate order processing by aligning with the Operations team post-payment confirmation

· Track and update clients on order status in coordination with internal teams

· Proactively communicate delays (if any) and manage client expectations effectively

· Ensure on-site work is executed and completed as per commitments

· Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution

· Post project completion,



ensure collection of customer feedback and secure positive Google ratings.

· After the purchase and Google review, the CRM will continue to stay in touch with the client to generate leads and referrals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 2-3 years of experience into CRM (Client Relationship Management) or similar role

· Strong negotiation, Communication and Convincing skills

· Positive coordination and follow-up abilities

· Ability to handle client relationships professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
