Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of clients for our [product/service], from initial kickoff through successful go-live.

- Prepare, maintain, and update implementation plans, process documentation, and client-facing materials.

- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and client walkthroughs.

- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure implementations are delivered on schedule.

- Track implementation milestones, communicate project status, and follow up on outstanding action items.

- Respond to client questions during onboarding and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues.

- Support clients through go-live and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management or support.

Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Good presentation and client-facing skills.

- Robust documentation and organizational abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and implementation timelines.

- Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project coordination, SaaS, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
