Role Description The Client Partner role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. In this role, the individual will manage key client relationships, understand customer requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of laser service and upgrade projects. Daily activities include coordinating with technical teams, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and guiding clients through service options and retrofit solutions.

Partner will monitor project progress, address client concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term engagements.



This role also involves maintaining accurate account records, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the company in client meetings and industry interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Sales to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
- Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and Management Consulting to understand client needs and recommend suitable laser service and upgrade solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate service delivery, retrofits, and maintenance activities across internal teams and client sites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with technical engineers, decision-makers, and operations teams.
- Experience in industrial machinery, laser technology, manufacturing, or related technical domains is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, travel to client locations as needed, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles, with a focus on service-based or technical solutions, is an advantage.
