We’re Hiring: Client Relations Specialist

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can build strong client relationships, communicate professionally, and ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through ongoing service.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in client servicing, education counseling, admissions, immigration, legal services, consulting, or other client-facing roles .

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and guide them through the appropriate next steps.
- Manage client onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client information, follow-up records, and updates in the CRM.
- Track pending actions and proactively follow up with clients.
- Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist with documentation and ensure required information is collected accurately.
- Build long-term relationships and maintain a positive client experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Robust client relationship and interpersonal skills
- CRM and lead/client tracking experience
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients
- Professional email and telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving and ownership mindset

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in study abroad counselling, education consulting, admissions, immigration, legal services, customer success, or client relationship management will be preferred.

Work Mode: In-Office

Shift: Night Shift – aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours
