Role Description The Client Increment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode, focused on nurturing and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of projects and services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, tracking customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions.



Daily activities also include maintaining accurate client records, following up on feedback, supporting issue resolution, and contributing insights to improve service quality and client retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction-focused skills to gather feedback, resolve issues, and help enhance long-term client loyalty.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships, manage expectations, and handle client escalations in a professional manner.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and follow through on commitments.
- Comfort with using CRM or similar tools, and basic understanding of software or technology services is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in client-facing roles.
