software and services, from Mohali and Toronto, including a beauty and personal care services brand in Ontario, Canada.

What This Job Is

You help women in Canada book beauty and wellness services: hair colour, skin treatments, memberships. Every lead already asked about us: NO cold calling, ever. You reply on WhatsApp, call people who requested a call, answer questions warmly, and turn interest into bookings. You work entirely from home, evening hours (1:30 to 10:30 pm IST) that match the Canadian day. Full training on our services, scripts and CRM is provided: we care about how you talk to people, and we can teach the rest.

What You Will Do

- Reply to inquiries about services, prices and appointments on





WhatsApp and phone

- Book appointments and sell memberships to customers who already want them
- Follow up warmly with people who went quiet: a nudge, not a push
- Support demo bookings for our software products and qualify real estate inquiries
- Keep the CRM updated: every conversation logged

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 4 years in sales, telesales, retail, salon, hospitality or customer service
- Warm fluent English for Canadian customers; Hindi a plus,

Punjabi a bonus

- A quiet space at home and reliable internet
- Comfort working evening hours from home, Monday to Friday
