Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Job Objective

- Execute and oversee site activities by effectively coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Support smooth and successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site construction activities by monitoring manpower, materials, and equipment.

- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants through regular meetings and follow-ups.

- Resolve site-related issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.

- Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate progress reports.

- Track project schedules and ensure assigned targets are achieved as per the project plan.





- Inspect materials and workmanship through regular quality checks and verifications.

- Ensure compliance with required quality standards and minimize rework.

- Implement site safety norms and regulations.

- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a safe working setting.

- Work toward maintaining zero accidents at the project site.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports based on actual site performance.

- Provide regular project updates to the management team.

- Assist in planning and allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

- Identify resource requirements in advance to ensure uninterrupted site activities.

- Verify work quantities and measurements by cross-checking drawings with actual site conditions.

- Ensure accurate measurements for billing and support effective project cost control.
