Job Role Civil Site Engineer We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Civil Site Engineer to supervise and execute MEP, firefighting, and utility works at project sites. The role involves site execution, coordination, quality control, project monitoring, contractor management, and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities MEP Site Execution:

Supervise and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Firefighting, and Utility works at project sites.

Ensure all MEP activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and quality standards.

Review MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs before starting execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety.

Identify site execution challenges and implement corrective actions.

Project Coordination Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to resolve site-related issues.

Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.

Ensure smooth coordination between different project teams.

Project Monitoring Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Track site activities against project schedules.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports .





Ensure project activities remain aligned with approved timelines.

Measurement & Billing Verify work measurements at the project site.

Support contractor billing and quantity reconciliation.

Check quantities and completed work against approved BOQs and project requirements.

Quality, Testing & Handover Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Coordinate testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

Manage snagging activities and ensure timely rectification.

Support final project inspection and handover.

Required Skills Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.

Project coordination and site supervision skills.

Contractor and subcontractor management.

Knowledge of measurements and quantity reconciliation.

Positive understanding of quality and safety standards.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare project progress reports.

Good planning and time-management skills.
