Job Role

Civil Engineer

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project sites.

- Ensure high construction quality and proper workmanship.

- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.

- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors for smooth project execution.

- Check construction materials and ensure proper usage.

- Monitor construction schedules and maintain site progress.

- Identify and control unnecessary construction costs and material wastage.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget without compromising quality.

- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and project records.

- Ensure proper safety practices and site regulations are followed.

- Coordinate with the project team to resolve site-related issues.

- Ensure construction work is completed according to approved plans and specifications.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant civil construction experience.

- Strong knowledge of residential building construction.





- Good site supervision and coordination skills.

- Ability to control material wastage and construction costs.

- Quality-focused and responsible attitude.

- Willingness to work at project sites.

- Immediate joining is preferred.

Job Details

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed).

- Experience: Minimum 2 Years.

- 11 Villa Project: Singaperumal Koil.

- 6 Units Apartment Project: Kandigai, Vandalur–Kelambakkam Road.

Salary Review

- Performance and work experience will be reviewed after 6 months.

- Salary hike may be considered based on performance and experience.
