Job Role Civil Project Manager We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to plan, design, execute, and supervise civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, contractors, materials, budgets, quality, and safety while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution:

Plan and manage civil construction projects from execution to completion.

Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.

Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against planned timelines.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within the approved budget.

Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.

Site & Contractor Management Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.

Coordinate Manpower, Materials, Equipment, And Other Site Requirements. Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is executed as per project specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other project stakeholders.

Design & Technical Work Prepare and review civil engineering drawings.

Prepare project estimates, schedules, and technical reports.





Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.

Provide technical guidance to site teams whenever required.

Quality & Safety Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with required standards.

Conduct regular site inspections.

Ensure proper safety procedures are followed at the project site.

Identify quality or safety issues and take corrective action.

Budget & Material Management Monitor project costs and budgets.

Manage construction materials and ensure efficient utilization.

Check material requirements and coordinate timely availability.

Minimize material wastage and unnecessary project expenses.
