- Prepare Working Drawings and Construction/Shop Drawings as per project requirements.

- Prepare Site Plans, Layout Plans, and Setting-Out Drawings.

- Coordinate Architectural, Structural and other service drawings.

- Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, and coordination before execution.

- Revise drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.

- Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site execution.

- Coordinate with site engineers to resolve drawing-related issues.

- Ensure drawings comply with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable standards.

- Maintain proper records of drawing revisions and ensure the latest drawings are available at site.

- Support the site team with technical clarification and drawing-related requirements.

- Handle K-SMART online building permit applications and submissions.
